"Flaming Seven" Winner

"Flaming Seven" with Isaias Cardenas up was lucky to get away cleanly after veering sharply to the right coming out of the gate. Luckily the 5 horse was slow getting away, otherwise there would have been a collision at the start. Cardenas got him gathered back on line and pretty much controlled the race. He was challenged briefly on the backstretch by the 3 horse "Runaway Reggie" but pulled away easily on the last turn and the stretch to win by 4 - 5 lengths.
